Title
You have a really good start/outline here for the rubric. Try to push yourself a bit further and consider what you mean exactly by some of those terms as they are based on culture/context/etc. For example, what do you mean by citing other sources correctly? How (exactly) do you see this done in newspapers? Also think about what words like "fluency" and "informal" mean. So you think something is "informal"... just why do you think that? What clues within the writing gives you this idea??
